Samantha has relocated to Los Arboles, Colorado. She will be a working and companion lgd. When she is older she will protect Nubians and poultry. The predator load in the area are wolves, coyotes, mountain lions. She is joining a team of 3 lgds. One is retired and Samantha will eventually replace her.

Purchase Contract
The Seller, ______________________________________, and the Buyer, __________________________________________, agree to the following.
The buyer agrees to provide a nonrefundable deposit of $300 to hold the puppy until pick up or delivery date. The $300 will be applied to the $1500. If the buyer cancels the sale the deposit will not be refunded. If the puppy is unable to be rehomed due to health reasons, injury or sellers’ cancellation of sale, the $300 deposit will be refunded. The remaining balance needs to be paid prior to pick up or delivery date. We only accept Zelle or cash as a form of payment. The agreed upon pickup or delivery date will be _________________________.
Sellers reserve the right to cancel any sale for any reason.
The Seller sells to the buyer for the amount of $1500.00 for a female/male Anatolian Shepherd puppy, born on _______________________ from San Isidro’s Sierra Blanca and San Isidro’s Capitan.
The puppy is in good health on the date of pick up or delivery. The buyer has the right to return the puppy to the seller within 30 days if a veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with any birth defect, a copy of the vet records in regards to the puppies condition will be provided to the seller. The buyer will be given a full refund if the Anatolian Shepherd puppy is returned within 30 days.
The puppy is up to date with recommended vaccinations and has been dewormed.
Seller has OFA Tested Parents for Hip Dysplasia. Both parents have excellent hip conformation. The seller will provide the buyer with the parent’s test results.
Seller will provide an AKC registration application for the buyer.
The buyer agrees to provide proper care to the puppy/dog including the following: adequate food, fresh water, shelter, fencing, obedience training, management, attention, and medical care when needed due to sickness, disease or injury. Buyer agrees to provide an annual exam and routine vaccination as recommended by a veterinarian.
The buyer will provide updates to the seller when the seller contacts the buyer occasionally. The buyer also agrees to provide the seller the change of contact information during the puppy’s or dog’s life. If the puppy or dog passes away, the seller will need to provide a statement from the veterinarian stating the puppy or dog passed away and the cause of death. The buyer agrees to return to the seller the dog if there is evidence of neglect and/or abuse with no refund to the seller. Transportation costs for the return of the dog are the responsibility of the buyer.
If for whatever reason if the buyer is unable to keep or care for the dog, the dog must be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense with no refund. The buyer is not free to rehome or give the dog to another person.
The buyer will not allow the puppy/dog to roam freely without containment or supervision. The puppy/dog will need to be contained or fenced appropriately.
The puppy is being sold with limited registration and the buyer will not use the dog for breeding purposes. The dog will be spayed after her second heat which is usually around 2 years of age to allow proper growth. The male dog will be neutered at a 1 year old or 2 years of age depending on the situation. If the seller does not comply with the spaying or neutering clause this is considered a breach of contract and the buyer will have to return the dog to the seller with no refund. If the dog is a male, he will need to be returned immediately and if the dog is a female and is pregnant, she will need to be returned after she whelps and weans her puppies.
The buyer will provide obedience training for the puppy/dog. The buyer is required to subscribe to and participate in Farei Kennels Shepherd Training for a year. The puppy/dog will need to be raised hands on and will become a family member. The buyer agrees to not use the Hands Off Principles espoused by Ray Coppinger to raise or train the puppy.
