Her dam Arabela is an average milker but has very rich milk with high butter fat content. Her dam has excellent milking temperament and extended lactations. Her dam has an overall nice udder. We bred Arabela to Antonio to increase milk production, udder capacity and teat size. We want Cecilia to join a farm that values her lineage and whose focus is milk production. She will have a first right refusal clause and a no slaughter clause to protect her and her genetics once she leaves our farm.

Rosa is the daughter of Tanngrisnir Aphordite's Zeus and White Fields Elsa's Rosie. She is a lovely, tall doe who is developing depth with age. She is as sweet as they come. She has an excellent temperament and joy to interact with and to handle. The only reason we are letting her go is we need to downsize. Our loss someone else's gain. Her dam, Rosie, is an average milker and excellent mother. Her dam has very nice Goldthwaite and Wakan herd lines. Her sire, Zeus, has excellent Wingwood Farm genetics. Her great grandmother is Top Ten and Elite doe Wingwood Farm TL Aviva. We bred Rosie to Rosa's sire to increase milk production and the will to milk in Rosa. These traits were our aim in this breeding. Rosa has been raised in an high input Nubian operation and we believe she will thrive best with an operation similar as ours. She also has been raised her with good quality alfalfa year round and no grain as a yearling. Our lactating does are the only ones fed grain. We are looking for a dairy operation similiar to ours for her. Her sales contract will have a first right of refusal and no slaughter clause to protect her and her genetics.
L.A.M.E. ACRES GINGER ADGA Pedigree DOB: 3/8/2021 $1000 firm Ginger has very nice Black Mesa, Goddard Farm and Crow's Dairy lines. We are seeking a breeder that intends to keep her long term. She is very sweet, trained on the stand and an old-style Nubian doe. We are seeking an experienced breeder who is familiar with bottle raising Nubian kids. She is great for a breeder looking for a dual purpose Nubian body type. A high input operation is preferred for her. Supplemental feeding with good quality alfalfa and minimal quality grass hay. She is not for an operation that is hands off or raises their Nubians with grass hay, pasture or bulk feeding. Her lines come from commerical dairies and she will thrive in a high input commerical dairy setting that is hands on and feeds quality alfalfa and grain. She is a very sweet and a great doe but we dam raise our Nubian kids. Since Ginger doesn't, this is the main reason why she is being moved on. We are only open to rehoming her to a breeder in the Southwest since she is used to this climate. We have a a lot of requirements for this precious doe. We want her to go to a dairy operation that is similar to ours where she will thrive. Her strength is high milk production and extended lacatations. We want to place her with a breeder that is knowledgeable of her valuable lines and who intends to keep her long term. A breeder that does not cull hard. She will have a first right refusal clause and a no slaughter clause in her sales contract to safeguard her and her genetics. Herd free of CAE, CL and Johne's Disease a must. She was recently tested for these 3 diseases and all her results are negative. Tested with WAADL. Again, an experienced Nubian breeder is a must.
